Terms of Service

Every quote is fixed-price, in writing, valid for 30 days. Once accepted, the price is locked — no scope creep, no hourly billing.

50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun (before that, it's fully refundable). Ongoing services (Care Plans, SEO, Ads) are billed monthly in advance.

Every project has an agreed timeline. If I miss the agreed launch date through my own delay, your deposit is refunded. If delays are caused by content/feedback from your side, timelines shift accordingly.

On final payment, you own the website, all code, all copy I've written for you, and all hosting logins. No lock-in. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos) remain licensed to you under the original vendor terms.

Three rounds of design feedback are included. Further rounds are billed at €65/hour, agreed in advance.

3 months of small-fix support is included with every website build. After that, Care Plans (from €49/month) cover ongoing maintenance, or work is billed at €65/hour.

I do everything reasonably possible to deliver quality work on time. My liability is limited to the amount you've paid me. I'm not liable for indirect losses (missed revenue, downtime caused by third parties, etc.).

Either party can cancel with 30 days' notice on ongoing services (Care Plans, SEO retainers). Fixed-price projects can be cancelled before design work starts (full deposit refund) or after (deposit forfeit, no further charges).

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
