Refund Policy

Deposit is fully refundable before design work begins. Once I've started on wireframes or design mockups, it becomes non-refundable — but if the finished site isn't launched in the agreed timeframe due to my delay, your deposit is refunded in full.

Care Plans are month-to-month, no contract. Cancel any time and you won't be charged for the following month. No pro-rata refunds mid-month.

SEO retainers are month-to-month. Cancel with 14 days' notice before the next billing date. No pro-rata refunds mid-month.

Management fees are month-to-month. Ad spend paid to Google is not refundable by me — but you retain full control of the ad account and can pause spend any time.

Email hello@craigmurray.ie with your invoice number and reason. I aim to respond within one working day and process eligible refunds within 5 working days.
